Here are photographs of the only pictures of our CR750 racing effort. The color picture is of a magazine cover describing the CR750 kit that American Honda gave to 5 of their dealers whom were very involved in road racing. We had to supply the basic motorcycle and then modify it with all of their parts. The picture of me sitting beside the work bench was while I was building the bike but before the bike was ready to race. The other CR750 pictures are of the finished bike. We raced at the Talladega race track and at Daytona. This was the year after Honda won Daytona in 1967. They wanted to keep the Honda name before the public but the equipment that they gave us was not as fast as the bikes they raced as a factory team. The new Yamaha two strokes were faster than we were so we stopped racing the CR750.
