I am from The Netherlands and I do Classic roadracing.
My bike is a 1971 CB-125S. Because of the solid engine it is a good bike to ride. At first I fitted a drum brake from a CB-350. It fits without modifications. The rims are Borrani WM0 1,6 18" fitted with stainless steel spokes. The engine is still standard, but will be tuned with a hot camshaft, race piston, electronic ignition and a race carburettor. The carburettor that is now on it, is from a CB-750, from one of the first models. The later models have gas valves instead of this one. Because the standard inlet diameter is 28 mm, this carburettor will fit very well. The performance is quite good, but the bottom power is still to weak. The tank and the seat are from a Dream 50 DOHC replica and they fit without major modifications. The shock absorbers are superlights from Hagon. The high exhaust pipe is made from stainless steel with a conic end to fit a megaton. The fairings are from a CR-93. It took quite some work to have it fit, but with some help of my friends it could be done. The only modification is near the back, so I can fit my legs behind it. The electronical rev counter is from Daytona and goes up to 14000 rpm.

It took me the whole winter to built it and the result was a second place in the championship of the last season. Although there are many 2-stroke machines that are much faster than my 4-stroke, it still gives a good feeling to race on a 4-stroke!

Here are my latest pictures from last sunday. The season is going very well. I have won the last three races in a row, so I am number one position in ranking.
